Tomato Mustard Roast with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 

Finally…… a way to cook brussel sprouts that actually make them enjoyable to eat! Try this tasty side with our Tomato and Mustard Pork Roast.

What you’ll need

1 Seven Mile Pork Roast with Tomato and Mustard Seasoning

400g Brussels sprouts, halved

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

2 tsp. canola oil

1 1/2  tsp. maple syrup

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/4 tsp. salt

How to make it

  1. Cook Seven Mile Pork Roast with Tomato and Mustard Seasoning according to packet instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mix on a large lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 17 mins, stirring once, or until golden.
  6. Serve with sliced Tomato and Mustard Pork roast.
