Reuben Hot Cross Buns

Try a new twist on the hot cross bun with this tasty Easter recipe!

What you’ll need

250g Three Aussie Farmers Leg or Shoulder Ham, thinly sliced

6 Fruit less hot cross buns

6 slices swiss cheese

12 pickle slices

1 cup sauerkraut

6 tsp. American mustard

Salt and Pepper to Season

How to make it

  1. Cut Hot Cross buns in half. Layer ham, cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, mustard, salt and pepper on each half. Top with remaining bun.
  2. Place in sandwich press, and toast until crispy and golden.
  3. Enjoy!
