Pork Ribs with Boozy Cheese Mash

What you’ll need

1 packet of Three Aussie Farmers Sweet and Spicy BBQ Pork Ribs

5 medium size potatoes, peeled & cut into cubes

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp. plain flour

2/3 cup beer

2/3 milk

1 ½ cup grated cheese

½ garlic powder

½ tsp. smoked paprika

Pepper

Salt

½ cup sour cream

Chives

 

 

 

 

How to make it

Boil potatoes in a large pot of water until soft (16 – 18mins). Drain and return to pot.

Cook Ribs according to packet instructions.

In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add the beer and milk to the pan.

Continuing whisking over medium heat until the mixture had thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, garlic powder, paprika and season with salt and pepper.

Mash potatoes in the pot and add the cheese sauce. Stir until incorporated, then fold in sour cream and chives.
