Pork Porterhouse with wild rice & snap pea salad

What you’ll need

2 Three Aussie Farmers Pork Porterhouse with garlic and chive seasoning

1 packet of pre-cooked brown & wild rice

150g sugar snap peas, blanched

150 snow peas, blanched

100g baby spinach leaves

25g cashews

2 Tbsp. fresh Chives

3 Tbsp. orange juice

1 Tbsp. lime juice

2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar

2 tsp. honey

1 tsp. ginger, grated

How to make it

Cook pork porterhouse steaks according to packet instructions

Meanwhile, combine rice, spinach, sugar snap peas, snow peas and cashews in a bowl.

In a small mixing bowl, combine chives, orange juice, lime juice, vinegar, honey and ginger.

Cut up porterhouse in strips and mix through salad.
