Pork Spring Rolls

Our Pork Spring Rolls are perfect for any occasion and they're super quick to cook for your friends or guests!

What you’ll need

200g Costco SunPork Ground Pork
50g vermicelli noodles
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
2 carrots, grated
½ green cabbage, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. sweet chilli sauce, plus extra for dipping
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
¼ tsp. ground pepper
¼ tsp. salt
1 pack spring roll wrappers
1 egg, whisked

How to make it

  1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to pack instructions.
  2. Heat frypan over med-high heat, add the Costco SunPork Ground Pork and cook until brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, carrot and cabbage and cook for 2 mins.
  4. Add cooked vermicelli noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  5. Remove frypan from heat and allow to cool for 5 mins.
  6. Lay a spring roll wrapper flat on a cutting board and place a heaped spoonful of the mixture on the end. Fold the mixture end of the wrapper over, followed by the two sides, then roll up. Brush the end with whisked egg to stick. Continue the process for the remaining mixture.
  7. Heat a deep fryer to 190°C and place 2-3 spring rolls into the oil. Cook until pastry is golden and crispy. Continue with remaining rolls.
  8. Serve with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy!
