Pork Loin Steak Sandwich

There's nothing like biting into a toasted sandwich and when it's packed with juicy pork, melted cheese and crunchy fresh veggies, you can't go wrong!

What you’ll need

2 pork Loin Steaks

4 slices bread

2 Tbsp. Onion relish

1 cup lettuce

1 Tomato, Sliced

1 red onion, sliced

2 slices Swiss cheese

2 Tbsp. butter

Serve with chips

 

How to make it

  1. Heat griddle pan over high heat. Cook loin steaks for 3 mins each side or until cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with butter, followed by the onion relish.
  3. Layer with lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, onion and 1 slice of cheese.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread and place into sandwich press. Cook for 3 mins or until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
