Fennel and Cracked Pepper Pork Belly with Sticky Citrus Sauce

What you’ll need

  • 1 pack Three Aussie Farmers Slow Cooked Pork Belly
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3⁄4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme

How to make it

  • Remove packaging from Three Aussie Farmers Pork Belly and follow pack instructions to prepare the rind for crackling. Sprinkle fennel seeds and pepper on the rind and cook as per pack instructions.
  • Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine orange juice with soy sauce, honey, garlic, pepper, and thyme and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Serve Pork Belly with vegetables of your choice, or slice into bite size pieces and drizzle with sticky citrus sauce for quick and easy entertaining.
