Crispy Loaded Ham Hash Browns

Brekky just got a whole lot better! Hash browns loaded with crispy ham, onions and cheese – shut up and take my money!

What you’ll need

  • 250g Leftover Three Aussie Farmers Shoulder Ham, diced  
  • 500g potato gems, defrosted
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • Tomato relish to serve

How to make it

1.       Mash potato gems until separated.

2.       Combine potato, onions, grated cheese, ham, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and eggs together.

3.       Form mixture into small patties and cover in plain flour

4.       Deep fry for 3 mins each or until crispy and golden.

5.       Serve with tomato relish
