Brandy Caramel Chocolate Bacon Bark

Salty bacon with sweet maple syrup, chocolate and brandy caramel. Satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings with this Brandy Caramel Chocolate Bacon Bark.

What you’ll need

4 bacon rashers, diced
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 blocks semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 pack marshmallows
1 can tinned caramel
2 Tbsp. brandy

How to make it

  1. Cook bacon in fry-pan over med. heat. Once crispy, add maple syrup and stir until sticky.
  2. Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 min 30 secs. Stir until smooth.
  3. Line baking tray with grease proof paper. Pour chocolate onto lined tray and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Place in freezer for 30 mins.
  4. Meanwhile, pour tinned caramel and brandy into a bowl. Stir to combine. Heat in microwave for 2 mins, stir and set aside.
  5. Pour marshmallows into a microwave proof bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 -2 mins or until melted.
  6. To assemble bark, remove chocolate from freezer and break into 8 pieces. Spread melted marshmallows onto each piece of chocolate followed by maple bacon pieces.
  7. Drizzle with brandy caramel and enjoy!
