Yakisoba with Yakiniku

Meaning 'grilled meat' in Japanese, our Yakinuki delicate pork belly slices are perfect in this quick wok tossed dish.

What you’ll need

  • 850g Costco SunPork Pork Yakiniku 
  • 1 pack hokkein noodles 
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup cabbage, grated 
  • ½ cup carrot, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. sake
  • 1 tsp. mirin 
  • 3 pinches white pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sesame oil

How to make it

  • Cook noodles according to pack instructions.
  • Heat oil in a wok on med-high heat then add garlic and fry for 1 min.
  • Add Costco SunPork Pork Yakiniku and fry for 2 mins; add cabbage and carrot and stir until combined.
  • Add noodles, soy sauce, sake, mirin, white pepper, sugar and sesame oil.
  • Fry for 3 mins or until heated through.
  • Season to taste and serve immediately.
