What you’ll need

1 Packet Three Aussie Farmers Pork Belly Twizzle Sticks

440g Hokkien Noodles, cooked

1 cup red cabbage

1 cup grated carrot

½ cup peanuts, salted

½ cup spring onions, thinly sliced 

1 cup capsicum, thinly sliced

 

Dressing

¼ cup honey

1/8 cup rice vinegar

1 Tbsp. white vinegar

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

3 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 Tbsp. ginger, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

Lemon to serve

How to make it

1.       Cook Three Aussie Farmers Twizzle Sticks according to packet instructions

2.       Combine dressing ingredients together in a small bowl

3.       Combine noodles, cabbage, carrot, peanuts, spring onions and capsicum in a bowl

4.       Pour dressing over noodle mixture and serve with Twizzle Sticks
