Twizzle Sticks with Hand cut chips & salad

What you’ll need

1 packet SunPork Twizzle Sticks in Korean BBQ sauce

3 medium potatoes

1 packet mixed salad leaves

1 red onion, diced

1 punnet cherry tomatoes

 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper

How to make it

1.       Cook Twizzle sticks according to packet instructions

2.       Preheat oven to 180°C.

3.       Cut potatoes into even sized chips or wedges and pat dry with a paper towel

4.       Place on baking tray, drizzle with 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

5.       Put into oven for 30 mins or until cooked through and golden.

6.       Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and combine with red onion and mixed salad leaves.

7.       Serve twizzle sticks with handmade chips and salad.
