Porterhouse Pesto Puffs

What you’ll need

1 Packet Three Aussie Farmers Pork Porterhouse with Garlic and Chive Seasoning

2 sheets Puff Pastry

½ cup Basil Pesto

½ cup Sundried Tomatoes

¼ olive tapenade

8 bocconcini balls

1 egg, whisked

How to make it

1.       Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

2.       Slice pork porterhouse into 1cm thick strips. Cut puff pastry into 4 squares.

3.       Spread 1 tsp. of pesto and ½ tsp of olive tapenade into the middle of each pastry square.

4.       Place 2 sundried tomatoes and a bocconcini ball in the middle of each pastry square.

5.       Place a slice of porterhouse on the top of the bocconcini and fold the pastry in half so that it completely covers the filling. Seal sides of pastry with a fork.

6.       Brush each pastry parcel with egg wash and place on baking tray. Cook in oven for 30mins and until golden.
