Pork Schnitzels

Tender home made Pork Schnitzels.  There just are no words. These are so quick, easy and delicious.

What you’ll need

 6 Costco SunPork Pork Topside Steaks
 1 cup panko crumbs
 1 cup plain flour

 2 eggs
 salt and pepper
 olive oil

 1kg oven baked chips - to serve

How to make it

  1. Place flour with a pinch of salt and pepper into a shallow dish, then panko crumbs in a second dish, and eggs in a third dish and slightly whisk.
  2. Flatten topside steaks to an even thickness with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  3. Dip each SunPork topside steak into flour, then egg, then panko crumbs.
  4. Cover the base of a wide fry pan with olive oil and heat to high.
  5. Cook the pork schnitzel for 1-2 mins on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towel, then serve with hot chips!
