Moo Shu Pork Tacos

What you’ll need

3 x SunPork Scotch Fillet Steaks, thinly sliced into strips

3 Large Eggs, Whisked

150g Shitake Mushrooms, thinly sliced

½ Spring Onions, Thinly Sliced

1 cup coleslaw

8 Flour Tortillas

 

Marinade:

½ cup hoisin Sauce

¼ cup rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. oyster sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

How to make it

1.       Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add sliced pork.

2.       Heat fry pan to medium heat and cook marinated pork for 5 mins or until cooked through. Reserve remaining marinade.

3.       Add mushrooms and remaining marinade to fry pan and cook for a further 5 mins.

4.       Meanwhile, cook eggs in fry pan over medium heat until scrambled.

5.       Combine, eggs and spring onions with pork and mushroom mix.

6.       Serve in Tortillas and enjoy!
