Left over ham pasta sauce

What you’ll need

 

250g Leftover Three Aussie Farmer Shoulder or Leg Ham

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

150g mushrooms, thinly sliced

150g olives, pitted

1 brown onion, diced

½ teaspoon chilli flakes

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 x cans of diced tomatoes

2 Tbsp. tomato paste

Cooked rigatoni pasta to serve

Bread to serve

How to make it

1.       Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat and add onion, ham, chilli flakes and garlic.

2.       Cook for 5 mins or until onion has softened.

3.       Add tomato paste, mushrooms, olives and diced tomatoes. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.

4.       Serve sauce with rigatoni and sliced bread.
