Crispy Pork Belly & Warm Green Bean Salad

What you’ll need

·         1 Three Aussie Farmers Slow Cooked Pork Belly

·         300g Green Beans

·         2 Tbsp. Toasted almond flakes

·         ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

·         2 Tbsp. olive oil

·         1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

·         1 tsp. orange zest

·         2 tsp. orange juice

How to make it

1.       Cut pork belly into 4 pieces and deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden, crispy and heated through.

2.       Lightly blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes

3.       Combine almond flakes, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar and orange zest in a bowl. Once blanched, toss through beans and coat with mixture.

4.       Serve with crispy pork belly.
